This is a hotel go-to for Chicago! Wonderful place all in all, has outstandingly accommodating staff from the Front desk to the Doorman. Its location is favourable, so close to a business district and the Columbus Tap in the Fairmont and trains, restaurants and shopping on Michigan Ave and State Street.

The hotel's location was particularly good, right by millennium Park and Michigan Ave and Michigan Avenue where one can find good eats and shops and a predominately business district. I was very happy with the really very friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff and their special service.

The staff was not very friendly.

The room was well-organised here with WiFi and nice bathrooms and a very nice view. The hotel was in a central setting in the San Antonio airport.

Had fairmont double room with a view and wake-up service was available in it. In general the staff were amazingly helpful and caring.

The rooms with a king bed, design or technology, great views of the Millennium park. Good hot breakfasts for the meals I attended. Amazing setting, near many Chicago attractions, and Michigan Avenue and lakeside parks. Special service, parking on site.

Amazing central location, very close to the rest of downtown Chicago, Chicago for a family event and the trains. Well laid out room and extremely comfy beds.

Liked this old-fashioned hotel: excellent food and exceedingly nice staff. The room was kept really clean and available on design or technology. It had central location close to London Guarantee Building. Moreover, it was close enough to tourist spots, and the restaurant.

The staff were amiable and we had an early check-in👍

The room was spacious and clean. We had a great view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious. The concierge was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The location was convenient, with a drug store nearby.

The room is brand-new and beautifully decorated with a king bed.

The Hotel was beautiful, I enjoyed my sat the room and the friendliness of the staff.The decor was beautiful. the location and the convience of getting around time was great. The price I paid for a 2 day stay was reasonable, the food was great. I would stay again and I would recommend the hotel to others.

Very caring/warm/genuine staff. Outstanding view of park from room. Great breakfast in room and "rainfall" showerheads were very relaxing.

A bit away from the shopping but they have a Bentley to help with transport. Could not secure a late check-out but hotel was fully booked so this was understandable.

During my recent stay at Fairmont, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bed was cozy and the room had a nice view of the city. The location of the hotel was also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The in-room dining service was exceptional, with Dolores going above and beyond to make my birthday special. The staff, in general, were accommodating and helpful.

Location was great, food was good at Aria Restaurant, staff was friendly and helpful.

It was a great location and felt very safe. The room had great design/style and we had a great view!
